Project manager manage the whole project from quotation stage to production stage including price, technique, quality, delivery schedule and customer service.

 

Core team including project engineer, mechanical engineer, QA engineer, production engineer and an assistant to support each project:

 

1)          Quotation Stage:

l  Evaluate the cost effective process of each product

l  Report the design of manufacturing which helps to reduce cost and improve quality

l  Prepare the quotation and estimated lead time

 

2)          First Article Stage:

l  Hold the 1st project meeting

l  Set up the practical timeline of whole lifecycle of a project

l  Communicate all key points of a project to all related department

l  Communicate with customer for any concerns or issues

l  Following up in detail of status for 1st article development

 

3)          Pre-Production Stage

l  Finalize the timeline of the every stage based on customer requirement

l  Following up the status of the whole trial run

l  Work with the team to address, resolve any quality and delivery issues or risks.

l  Manage and coordinate all requirement of a standard trial run

l  Communicate with customer for detailed quality requirement and delivery schedule

 

4)          Production Stage

l  Hold the weekly, monthly meeting of each project including quality, delivery and customer requirement.

l  Monitor the smooth and daily output to meet the delivery schedule.

l  Work with QA team to do continue improvement of quality

l  Report production status and any quality concerns to customer.
