1Single part and prototyping production: all parts will be 100% inspected on dimension, assembly, function and cosmetic. All inspection records will be documented, general order size is between 1 to 5 parts per item.

2Low volume production parts: first article inspection and approval before production, first part inspection from production line, in process inspection from production line and sample size is above 5%, AQL sampling inspection for final finished product and sample size is above 20%. General order size is between 50 to 500 parts per item

3Medium volume production: Max prototype implements PPAP (Pre Production Approval Procedure) procedure and PCP (process control plan) during trial production and mass production, all process will be defined in detail and all audit/inspection records will be documented. General order size is above 5000 parts per item. take a look at the example of process control plan that we used in CNC machining and investment casting process.

4New project development: the qualified engineer will provide DFM (design for manufacturing) for any new project to identity any design issue and manufacturing risk, this report will also provide alternative cost effective manufacturing solution without sacrifice product quality.

Each project and customer gets support by a core team which includes mechanical engineer, measurement/inspection technician and customer service professional. Doing this is to make sure all customer requirements are clearly communicated and implemented in a professional way.


All suppliers we cooperated will have signed Non Disclosure Agreement and Suppler Agreement to protect customer's Copyright and Minimize any misunderstanding of the customer requirements.

 

Be proactive to communicate and report project status, possible risks and issues on both quality and delivery.

For any customer complaint (CAR), the core team will provide detailed report including root cause analysis, corrective action plan, result, responsible person and schedule. This is one of the ways to do continue improvement to improve the performance of the whole company.
